Press registration
Any member of the press wishing to attend Interstoff Asia Essential - Spring can register for a press badge in advance. Simply email the Press Team and they will arrange to send you your badge in the mail.

Alternatively you can register on-site by presenting your business card at the registration counter during the fair.

On-site press centre
The press centre will be located in room G14, level 3 of the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Here you can find press releases and other information on the fair. 

Schedule of events
A complete schedule of events will be posted approximately 4 weeks prior to the fair start date. Please also check the Special events & exhibits section.

Photography inside the hall
Please come to the on-site press centre to collect a pass that allows you to take photographs inside the hall. We advise you to seek approval first from the exhibitor that you are photographing. 

Interviews
If you wish to interview any of the fair organising committee, please contact the Press Team to arrange a convenient time & venue.

Post-show report & photos
A complete post-show report will be available after the show. Please contact the Press Team if you wish to be added to the distribution list.
