If Users are interested in participating in an exhibition or fair then they will be required to complete an application form which can be downloaded and sent by fax. Use of the personal information contained in such application form is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Site and all information is proprietary to and the copyright belongs to Messe Frankfurt. Copying, reproducing, republishing, redistributing or in anyway modifying the information without the prior permission of Messe Frankfurt is prohibited.

All trade marks and logos appearing on the Site are the property of Messe Frankfurt or any such third party including advertisers, sponsors or joint venture partners. Such trade marks and logos cannot be used in any circumstances without the written permission of Messe Frankfurt unless it is indicated otherwise on the Site. In such circumstances where it is clear that a trade mark or logo can be downloaded any use of such trade mark or logo must be strictly in accordance with the use as indicated on the Site at the time the trade mark or logo is downloaded. In no circumstances is a User entitled to alter or modify such trade mark or logo.

The information available on the Site may contain information provided by third parties or from other sources or references. Messe Frankfurt will take reasonable steps to ensure that any such information is accurate however Messe Frankfurt does not take any responsibility for any inaccuracies. Messe Frankfurt has taken reasonable steps to review any third party content for any potential intellectual property rights infringement and none were apparent.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES & MATERIALS
Users should be aware that links can take Users to third party web pages, the contents of which do not come within the sphere of responsibility of Messe Frankfurt. These links are recognizable as such from the context or they are specifically marked as shortcuts to the individual exhibition or fair web pages. There are also links to third party manuals, brochures and other forms of information. These links are also specifically marked. Messe Frankfurt expressly distances itself from any information that is accessed via the aforesaid links. Any use of the links will be subject to the terms and conditions as stated on those web pages accessed and such third party web page provider shall bear sole responsibility for the content thereof. Any information disclosed by the User on any such third party web pages will be subject to the privacy policy of such third party web page provider and will not in any circumstances be deemed to be information collected from the User by Messe Frankfurt.

PRIVACY
Users are not required to provide any information or personal details to use the Site. If Users intend to submit an application form to participate in an exhibition or fair advertised on the Site then Users will download an application form complete it and fax it to Messe Frankfurt as directed. All information gathered from Users from such application forms is covered under Messe Frankfurt's Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
The information contained on the Site is for general purposes. Messe Frankfurt provides application forms for Users to download and complete to apply to participate in a particular exhibition or fair. The terms and conditions that govern such applications are contained within the application form and Messe Frankfurt accepts no responsibility for any loss resulting from any matter including those information provided by users contained on the Site. Messe Frankfurt does not give any warranties, including any warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of any information in respect of the Site or any third party web page, brochure or other information accessible through the Site.

Users of the Site agree that Messe Frankfurt will not be liable to them or any third party for any damages that they may incur in relation to the use of the Site or any services available therein.

CHANGES TO THE SITE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Messe Frankfurt reserves the right to make changes to the Site and the Terms and Conditions. Any use of the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been amended will be in accordance with the new Terms and Conditions and use of the Site will confirm Users acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
